The rice crackers are made from real Taiwanese rice and baked with thick soy sauce. it makes our rice crackers more crunchy than ordinary rice used. The soy sauce is fragrant, with a little malt sweetness, plus golden buckwheat, peas and black sesame seeds with a thin layer of seaweed, enriched rich & umami flavor! The use of natural palm oil (without trans fat) in baking at low temperature to make it into a vegan snack, which is truly natural and healthy for everyone, including children and the elderly!
In recent years, expert studies have pointed out that the nutritional value of golden buckwheat, also known as "tartar species", is higher than ordinary species. The whole plant of "golden buckwheat" is rich in various nutrients like Rutin and Quercetin. In traditional Chinese medicine books such as Shennong Book and Compendium of Materia Medica have records of the effect of "buckwheat". Therefore, the Taiwan Farmers Association actively contacts with industry and academia units to promote the processing and development of "Tartarian Buckwheat" into "Golden Buckwheat".
Benefits of golden buckwheat:
1. Preventing edema - According to a study published in the European Journal of Pharmacology, golden buckwheat is very effective in treating edema and swelling caused by chronic venous insufficiency. The vitexin and rutin in buckwheat can improve blood flow and prevent varicose veins and leg edema. Especially obese people, people who need to stand or sit for a long time, people over 40, people who have smoked, can drink regularly to prevent edema.
2. Weight loss - Golden buckwheat has fewer calories. Researchers' detailed study on obesity believes that the presence of natural antioxidant catechins in golden buckwheat can promote weight loss.
3. Good for heart health - The American Heart Journal published a study in which 220 menopausal women suffering from cardiovascular disease (CVD) were asked to eat buckwheat grains or buckwheat tea at least six times a week. Buckwheat seed extract or buckwheat tea lowered blood glucose levels by 12-19% at 90 and 120 minutes after administration of an intentionally diabetic administration to experimental animals.

Improve ovulation function - According to a human study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, buckwheat grains contain D-Chiro-Inositol, which can increase insulin action in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
