Order shipping time
After confirming the order, we will deliver the goods as soon as possible. Orders will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.

* For public holidays and when the typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in effect, the delivery time and date will be postponed in response to the above circumstances.

If the product exceeds the weight or length limit of the pick-up point / smart cabinet, the customer service will contact the customer to change the delivery arrangement.

Ideallife pickup point: Order should be collected within 1 week when it is ready forpick up. Otherwise, the order will beconsidered discarded by buyer. No refundor notice will be made by seller for this.
How to check the order status?
Please click the order button on the top right of the webpage (top left on the mobile version), and you can check the processing status of the order after logging in.
In the order query page, click the shipment tracking number to know the real-time location of the shipment.
