Return Policy

Return and exchange arrangements

In order to enable you to have a convenient and pleasant shopping experience, you can return the goods for replacement for free within 7 days after receiving the goods.

 

If the following return conditions are met,you may choose to replace the same model or repair. If the same model is sold out or it is impossible to repair, you may replace other products with the same price or ask for a refund.

 

Return conditions

1. The delivery product does not match the product listed in the order

2. The goods are damaged, defective and have quality problems, which are to be examined and confirmed by our quality control staff.

 

Instructions for return:

1. After receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are complete and in good condition.  Please also keep all the documents or emails related to your order. If you find the goods have any problem, you can request for return. within 7 days after acknowledging receipt of your order.  No request for return made after this deadline will be accepted.

2. All goods must be returned in their original form as they were sold, with all the packaging and card labels kept in anon-destructive condition. If the goods have been damaged, modified or damaged, no request for return or exchange will be accepted. You are responsible for keeping the goods in good condition before we receive there turn, so please handle them carefully.

 

Procedures for return

1. Requesting a return bye-mail

Your return request must be sent to cs@ideallifebyapex.com.  In your request, please provide your name,contact number or email address, invoice/online invoice number, product model and reason for replacement. To enable us to have a better understanding of the problem, you are recommended to attach photo in your explanation.

2. Obtaining a “Return request reference number”

When your return request is accepted, a"Return request reference number” will be provided.

3. Returning the goods

Please return the product to us in any of the following ways within 5 working days upon receipt of the "Return request reference number”.

 

(a) Returning the goods personally.

During office hours, you can return the goods personally, together with the invoice or online invoice number and the “Return request reference number” to our office with address as follows,

Room 706, Laurels Industrial Centre, 32 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong


(b) Returning the goods by courier

If the goods are returned to us by courier,please clearly state on the goods the “Return request reference number”. other wise, your return request may not be able to entertain.  Please also note you are responsible for all the courier charges for sending the goods to us.  All goods sent to us on freight collect will be immediately rejected.  If the returned goods are confirmed by us to be in line with the return conditions set out above, the Company will refund the courier charge, but with HK$30 as the maximum we will return.

 

Note: If the returned goods does not meet the return conditions set out above, we will not return the courier fee, and you are required to get back the goods at your own cost.
